Stratos Business Academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every student. We take all reasonable steps to protect learners — especially young adults and vulnerable individuals — from physical, emotional, psychological, or digital harm.

All staff, facilitators, and partners are expected to uphold professional conduct, maintain appropriate boundaries, and report any safeguarding concerns immediately.

If you ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or at risk during your learning experience, you have the right to report it and be heard.

3️⃣ Learning Support & Special Needs Inclusion

Stratos Business Academy recognises that some learners may require additional support to fully participate and succeed. We offer reasonable accommodations for students with learning differences, disabilities, neurodiversity, medical needs, or other accessibility requirements.

Support may include extended time, alternative formats, captioned sessions, flexible deadlines, or other adjustments based on need. Disclosure is always voluntary and handled with confidentiality and respect.

No student should be disadvantaged because of a barrier that can be removed.

4️⃣ Anti-Discrimination & Respect Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward discrimination, harassment, bullying, or abusive behaviour in any form — including verbal, written, digital, or physical misconduct.

All learners, staff, and facilitators are expected to act with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. Any behaviour that undermines the dignity or safety of others will be investigated and may result in removal from courses or legal escalation.

Everyone has the right to learn without fear, intimidation, or disrespect.
